Description: There will be on designated VIp which is a player that will be hidden in a dungeon maze and players will try to find and kill him
Difficulty: It depends on what level gap does the VIP have in between the Player
Who Can Participate?: Well everyone can just let's say be fair on it xD

A common one I see on most servers (and even some Gravity-based games, such as Requiem: Bloodymare) are trivia games.

Name: Trivia
Description: Admin asks Trivia Questions over Announcement System. First user to whisper with correct answer wins a prize.
Difficulty: Depends on the questions asked (the Requiem Christmas event questions were almost un-answerable without Google, so thank goodness for having a second screen)
Who Can Participate?: Everyone

the GM will make a party of the player's who want to join then the GM can recall them in the deepest part of prt_maze03 map then the GM will tell them the first players who get out of the maze is the winner the player must walk and not using @warp or any Fly Wing Or Teleport...that's is why there is a party on the GM side with the players who are in the event to monitor who's cheating or not... to insure no body will cheat, 1 player caught cheating the event will be OFF... then one GM Staff will wait on the end of the maze waiting for the 1st player who will get out of the prt_maze03... we must not forget that the player will also pass the map of prt_maze2 and prt_maze1 until the player will get out on this area...

Name: Survival Race
Requirements: Any Novice class char at any level but items are only knife and the cloth stuff that will be 1st given... Pwd rin baby novice bstah novice... No other items xcept the cloth something and knife..
Description: The players (which are all novice class at any level) will run through the 9 course of the turbo room... but each of these course has is filled with monsters but not those harsh ones... like 1st-8th course is filled with orc archers at any amount... and last course with the finish line has tao gunka 3-4? so the players will just basically run through the course while avoiding dying... if you die or fall on 1st course (cuz 1st course you can fall something) you go back to the start... and these will be done at specific time limit like 15 mins...

Another suggestion is the game "DICE" here's how to do it...

A GM warps all players to a certain place where they can play privately. After doing so players must listen well to the explanation of the GM and warn the players that the GM will not repeat it. When all the players have gathered the GM will go near the player and the player will type /dice. But before doing so, GMs must explain whats in or out.. Example, all even numbers and the rest is out. Then the GM will start to go near each player.
3outs and you will be kicked out of the game. Meaning of 3 outs is when a player can't follow what the GM wants. Eg. The GM says the dice twice and the sum should become an odd number. And if the player is incorrect he or she will gain 1 out. And also the GM needs a paper to list how many outs does the player have. And the dice is good in this server because their are a few people here.

HEres one of my idea we use to do this ..

how bout go to turbo track then whoever gets to the finish line 1st WINS

Speed Test: all they nid to do is to copy the words, numbers or letter of the GM say.. the 1st one type the correct words, numbers or letters is the winner. simple eh
