Kankuro Hood Effect Should be removed!

Regarding about Kankuro Hood which we all know gives Level 1 Enchant Deadly Poison. This makes PVP more imbalanced, I tried this out already with Paladin and Clown, from 50K+ damage done by Pally's skill Sacrifice it went up to 100K+ damage more or less the damage was doubled, same with vulcan arrow. I havnt tried it yet on other character but surely Sniper's will benefit more from this item. I not sure if everyone knows about this already but this really suck.

I suggest that this should be removed or make it work like how EDP works on breaker, EDP doesnt affect Soul Breaker's damage. I know it's quite complicated. Either ways, its much better if this skill is removed from the item Kankuro Hood.
